Research Associate / PhD Candidate
I am a physics PhD student at Harvard interested in applying concepts from statistical mechanics, ecology, and evolution to understand the immune system. Before joining Prof. Chakraborty’s lab at MIT, I worked with Prof. KC Huang at Stanford, studying microbial community responses to stress through ecological and evolutionary theory. Currently, I focus on theoretical and computational models of affinity maturation, with the goal of informing vaccine development for highly mutable pathogens.
